God does not differentiate between men, rich or poor, young or old, or whatever skin color or social origin, every human being was made by Him. And God wants to save all men from eternal damnation, that is why He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to complete His work on the cross. Even today, He offers His wonderful grace, believe in the Lord Jesus and confess your sins to Him, this unique medium of salvation is available to everyone. God offers a place to all who want to come, but it is necessary to accept Him personally, that is to say, you must recognize the need to be free from your sins and confess them.
