The faith

But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

REFLECTION

Faith in the word of God, same as the faith in the word of man, is defined by the fact of having true testimony, the difference is when we receive the word of God this effects a complete moral change through the Holy Spirit, a new life. Faith does not worry about the means, it counts on the promises of the Lord. In the eyes of the natural man when dealing with means to facilitate something to man, it is no longer God who works. When one trusts in means or intelectual materials, it is no longer the work of God.
