The best place

Who, having received such a charge, thrust them into the inner prison, and made their feet fast in the stocks.And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them.

Acts 16:24-25

REFLECTION

The best place is where God wants me to be, where I am obeying his will. If I am faithful to the Lord, those places can be very different. And of course, the best place could even be a jail cell for those incarcerated for their faith, or those who once in jail were found by faith in the Lord Jesus. Before God they are free, free from their sins and more free than those who have an honest reputation but do not know God.
